Yoga, Movement, Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher & Spiritual Mystic
Discover a process that will transform your inner world for lasting change.
What is the process?
Through Rapid Resolution Therapy, storytelling, education of the brain, and unique body based, felt sense movement (inside-out), we work with turning down the oldest part of the brain- the survival brain (bottom)- to then access the parts of the brain where mindful practice tools can develop (top). This neuro-sensory approach to the practice is what makes Lora’s offerings so notable. In this trauma inclusive, brain & body informed approach, we are able to return to our true essence- our well of being.
I burned the witch.
I domesticated the mystic.
I ate the medicine woman and then sat homage to the intellect.
And in corpse pose after another death cycle, I heard her whisper- now all of it.
Be all of it.

Cultivating Mindful Presence for Everyday Living
Lora approaches mindfulness through the lens of somatics and the nervous system. Even with little or no experience, you will build skills that will improve your health and well-being in this step-by- step practice. The first 5 practices are to prepare you for informal mindfulness lessons, with the last practices being daily formal meditations.
If you are a skilled practitioner or new to the cushion, this approach is a fresh take on the mindfulness path to self-compassion and true happiness.

Hi! I’m Lora
I’m a yoga, movement, mindfulness and meditation teacher for 20 years. A facilitator of spaces, a gatherer of community, a collaborative practitioner of the somatics and movement in a field sometimes referred to as cultural somatics, an emerging approach to embodiment
From the micro to the macro we create change in patterns to create change in structure. Combining bottom up practices- changing patterns in the oldest part of the brain- and story-telling, polyvagal theory, psychoeducation of mindfulness practices and play, we remember the well of being that resides inside each of us.
Lora is trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy, Mindful Schools, Movement for Trauma Recovery, Jungian Somatics, Cultural Somatics, and is a 500 hr E-RYT trainer, leading hundreds of students and teaching retreats around the world. Shes also a Clinical Hypnotherapist and meditation teacher.
